Welcome to my first blog! It has been a long journey but finally my debut children’s picture book Suki and the Seedling was released on August 1st. It is a dream come true, finally having a book out and available to the public. It’s been my dream to have a book published and it has been a fun experience so far.
To top it all off, my second children’s picture book was released in the UK on the 31st of August. Both very different books but I love them equally. Suki and the Seedling is an old fashioned Chinese based fairy tale with an environmental message, while Xalien the Purple Alien is written in a humorous, fun style.
It is my goal to write stories that will encourage children to read. I hope I am doing my job sufficiently!
Now to address the international prices of my books. What we have done is incorporate the postal charges into the cost of the books. This does not make the book any more expensive than the Australia price. We just had to go about it in a different way. I hope this clears up any confusion this may be causing. If you are a bit confused or the prices are a concern please don’t hesitate to contact me. I can send through an invoice via Paypal for international buyers if this suits you better.

Also if you have enjoyed Xalien the Purple Alien, the good news is there is a second book, Xalien Goes to School due for release in November, just in time for Christmas!
I am still very much a novice when it comes to knowing how to use a website too so excuse me if my updates are slow or if I completely mess up the website!
